I am Ms Tan, the account in cahrge of Now Techom Metal Enterprise Sdb Bhd . I started the business in a small town of Penang almost 20years ago. We can assist you to reduce,reuse,recycle and dispose.
Why did you start using system ?
We have a strong loyal customer base back then when we sold at a factory in Bukit Mertajam . But we can't estimate which product can make profit or loss . We can not get warning what item should need order when the sales person come to meet us . All purchase order are based on experience only,thus the stock balance are overload or shortage.
How was the outcome or result in terms of sales upon starting your SQL system control?
Well, now we can easily get daily sales report , what item is less than min quantity we need to get order. And we can get the debt payment on time as we easy can be generated and sent out our customer statement .
It very well the SQL POS and Accoounting system are make my business in our control and easy to manage.
Was it hard to start an SQL system ?
